Full Home Cabinet Painting in Elk Grove
A full home cabinet painting project for a local Elk Grove homeowner. We took our signature quality and applied it to over 80 cabinets and drawers all throughout the house. We masked and covered everything that we didn't want touched by paint. We used 2 coats of primer on every single cabinet and drawer, and painted everything a nice and modern color. The total project time was about 5 days from start to finish.

Essential Cabinet Painting did an awesome job with our cabinet resurfacing project. We wanted to change our cabinets from clear coat oak to white. We collected quotes from 3 different companies. Only Essential Cabinet Painting specialized in this kind of work.
They did an excellent job with the prep work (which is super important). They masked off everything and walled off the area they were working on to minimize dust and mess. Only Essential Cabinet Painting's process involved two different primers (a shellac primer and a thicker "filler" primer to fill in wood grain). Then they finish with professional grade KCMA paint (Kitchen Cabinet Makers of America). The final cabinet doors are so well polished that I can hardly see the wood grain underneath. And I can tell that the finish is pretty thick and will hold up well for many years.
In total, we resurfaced about 80 doors. It took 5 days from start to finish. One person worked on the frame and two others worked on the cabinet doors at a remote shop. They communicated well throughout the process and showed up on time.
